Overview

Little Debbie’s Independent Living Program (ILP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 2004 to provide residential care for troubled and homeless adolescent females between the ages of 15 and 18.  This dream was built on and fulfilled due in part to a sincere passion to help young ladies and families break away from generational cycles of abuse and neglect that continues to plague the lives of many families.

Little Debbie's ILP serves young ladies from diverse backgrounds.  We advocate for minors who have had multiple placements in other child-care facilities, encountered trouble with the law, have been removed from their homes as a result of abuse or neglect, or are in need of on-going supervision and support.  Despite their historical lack of positive development, it is our belief that these young ladies can achieve.  Download our application for admission by clicking here.

Our beliefs are centered on a set of values that shape our programs.

These values are:

Self-Love            Service               Spirituality            Safety

Little Debbie's ILP offers a comprehensive list of holistic services to address the total child in order to re-educate and redirect young women toward a more productive and overall successful lifestyle.  Program components include the following:
