The Mission

Little Debbie’s Second Chance Family Resource Center, Inc. is dedicated to breaking generational cycles of poverty and abuse through a Wholistic approach to serving the community through clinical services, parent education, and adolescence development.

The Strategy

As with any intervention there are a number of objectives guided by a strategic plan.  That plan includes mentoring, therapy, behavior modification, education and employment upgrade, housing stability, access to medical/dental services, mental health partners, learning new parenting skills, an after school program and more.  The strategy also includes being flexible to meet the changing needs of the families we serve.  Our systemic approach is non-judgmental and optimistic that everyone can grow by way of a second chance! 

    Little Debbie’s Second Chance Family Resource Center offers the following services:

• Individual and family therapy for children and adults, provided in a variety of settings, including in-home and in-office
• Counseling with families experiencing extreme stress and behavioral problems
• Support and guidance on parenting issues, parenting education groups, and help obtaining needed resources
• Specialized support to help parents and families during pregnancy and early childhood
• Group therapy with youth to address issues such as substance abuse treatment, life skills, violence and pregnancy prevention, etc.
