Personal home visits with families including hearing, vision, and health screenings.
-
Demonstrate activities that promote language, mobility, intellectual, and emotional development
-
Provide case management services to meet the changing needs of the family through resource network and community partnerships.
-
Promote parental involvement and strengthen the parent-child bond through bi-weekly group meetings
